One Amazing Man By Jessie Kendrick

Being apart of the Kendrick family has been the years of my life. When I met Doyle for the first time he made me feel so welcome like I belonged. Ever since then him and I were able to connect and speak freely to each other. He always told me how proud of his kids he was and how much they meant to him. I lost my father when I was 9 years old and I always thought his kids were so lucky they still had him, someone they could call dad. He made me feel like it was OK to lean on him as a dad, and he would be there for me and us like a dad should be. When it was just us talking he opened up so much and showed compassion and kind heartiness. It reminded me of his son Shane. They both were two peas in a pod and were the very same. They talked the same and thought the same, and no matter what happened they were buddies. Doyle lived his dreams and when he wanted something he worked his butt off to get it. He was the hardest working man I ever met. Now that he is gone, he has left a legacy behind. Two beautiful children who still have so many memories to make, and so much love to give still. Doyle your wonderful life has ended, but your friends and family still live on and will never forget you. Thank you for all the wonderful memories and you will live on through all of us forever. One day we will see you again. Good bye for now Doyle.
